Yummy Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350° F


Mix in large bowl:

2 lbs lean ground beef

1 small yellow and red pepper (finely chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup sugar free breadcrumbs OR almost 1 cup of cooked rice

3/4 cup sugar free garlic spaghetti sauce

1 tsp ground garlic

1/2 tsp Montreal Chicken Spice

Pepper

1 cup shredded cheese


Press half of mixture into pan.

Sprinkle shredded cheese in, then top with rest of mixture.

Top with more spaghetti sauce to cover top.


Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes (or till center is cooked through)
