Yummy Healthy Fish Chili

In a large pot saute in olive oil;

Thinly sliced radishes

Finely chopped onion


Add in;

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can black beans, drained

1-2 Tbsp chili powder

1-2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 can sugar free diced tomatoes

Fill the tomato can with filtered water and add in


Mix together and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes


Then add in white fish fillets (my favorite is haddock)

I add them in frozen, and break them apart while it cooks

*no need to cut up because it breaks apart well as it cook :)

Simmer, stirring till fish is cooked thoroughly
