Yummy Healthy Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 375


In 9×13 pan, peel and slice apples till pan is almost full to top. Sprinkle cinnamon all over top of apples. Pour 1/4 cup pure maple syrup over, and mix till apples are coated. Set aside.


In medium sized bowl mix:

1/2 cup almond flour (or any flour)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup butter, cut up small

1/4 cup coconut sugar


Use pastry blender or two butter knives to cut butter into other ingredients, then sprinkle over top of apples, and bake 45 minutes until apples are bubbling up through the topping.
