Yummy Creamy Chia Pudding

In a cereal bowl, mix:

1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

2-3 Tbsp honey

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

6 Tbsp chia seeds


Add ins.. I Love black currants or raisins


Mix till cinnamon and chia are all well combined. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes enough for 2 servings but don't eat too much, as it can constipate you.
