Spicy Healthy Oatmeal

(Oatmeal is an Amazing Detox Food!)
Fill cereal bowl 1/2-3/4 full with oatmeal.
Drizzle 1-2 tsp honey over top.
Sprinkle with spices, like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a dash of cloves.
Carefully pour boiling water over top, and stir till well blended.
You can also add dried cranberries, raisins, or nuts.
