Healthy Turkey Soup

Pick turkey from bones, and set aside.


Boil bones in large pot of water on med/high for 1-1/2 hours stirring occasionally.


Shut off burner, and let cool 10-20 minutes.


Then pour through a mesh strainer into a bowl, then pour broth back into pot.


Add turkey, and veggies. (We Love broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)


Add spices. (We Love Garlic, salt and pepper.)


I add more spices just before serving as well.


Cook on med/high stirring frequently till veggies are tender.


Then simmer on low heat stirring occasionally-this combines all the flavours.
