Healthy Moist Chocolate Muffins

Preheat oven to 350°

In a large bowl, mix:

4 ripe bananas, mashed

3 eggs

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup coconut/almond butter, softened


Then add:

1/2 cup cocoa

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 cup oats

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips


Mix well.


Line muffin pan. Fill to almost full.


Bake for 20-25 minutes.
