Healthy Fiber Bars

In food processor, grind:
2 cups pitted dates
3/4 cup cashews
1/4 natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut
2 Tbsp cocoa
Mix till ball forms.
Press onto wax paper.
Then cover with wax paper, and wrap in plastic wrap or place in sealed container. Set in fridge 30 minutes.
Store covered in fridge.
