Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

in large bowl, mix:

4 cups organic all purpose flour

1/4 cup coconut palm sugar

3 Tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking sofa

Pinch of salt


Mix well, then add:

1/2 cup melted butter

1 egg, slightly beaten

3/4 cup coconut milk

3/4 cup filtered water


Mix till well combined, then roll out on floured surface to a rectangular shape. It should be approximately 25 cm long and 14 cm wide.


Spread 1/4 cup of butter all over with rubber spatula.


Then, sprinkle all over with coconut sugar and then cinnamon.


Roll lengthwise. Then cut one inch sections.


Bake in preheated 400 oven for 15-20 minutes, till golden.
