Healthy Chocolate Almond Cups

Melt together:

4 Tbsp of pure creamed coconut (141g pkg-not melted), and 6 Tbsp coconut oil, (not melted)


Add 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and stir till combined.


Stir in:

5 Tbsp dutch-processed cocoa powder and a few grains of sea salt


When well combined, stir in 2-3 Tbsp pure maple syrup


Add in raw whole almonds, and or anything you'd love to eat with yummy chocolate


Pour into muffin liners till they're half-full, and freeze 5-10 minutes till set.


Store covered in fridge.
