Healthy Blueberry Grunt

Mix in large pot on med-high heat:
10 cups blueberries
1/4 cup water
8-10 Tbsp maple syrup (depending on taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
Stir occasionally, till simmering. Turn heat to med-low.
(While this is heating up, prepare dough.)
Dough:
Mix in bowl;
A little more than 2 1/4 cup unbleached flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Then cut in with pastry blender;
2 Tsp cold butter, cut up
Then stir in;
4 Tbsp honey
1 cup of milk
Mix till well combined.
Drop dough by spoonfuls into pot on top of blueberries.
Cover and simmer on med-low 15 minutes.
