Healthy Almond Joy Bars

2 cups pitted dates
1 cup almonds
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbsp cocoa
3/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Place in order in food processor, and process.
Scrape sides, and process till almonds are chopped well.
Press into 8" pan.
Refrigerate 1/2 hour, or till set.
Cut into squares.
Store covered in fridge.
