Cabbage Rolls

Boil a small or medium sized head of Cabbage in water for 5-10 minutes, then carefully remove cabbage into strainer, and remove as many leaves as you can, and continue till they're all off. Cut out the core, and discard.
Coat the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan with 3/4 of a bottle of garlic and herb spaghetti sauce. (Make sure there's No Sugar in it.) Reserve the rest for the topping.
In a large bowl, mix:
1 1/2 Ib hamburger
1 beaten egg
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 red onion, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Wrap 1 1/2 inch oval size hamburger mixture onto center of cabbage leaf, and fold to cover. Place seam side down in pan. Top with remaining sauce.
Cover with tin foil, and bake in preheated 350° F oven for 2 hours.
