Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

In medium bowl, mix:

1/2 cup natural sugar free peanut butter

2 Tbsp coconut flour

2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup organic sugar free Rice Crisps


Spoon onto parchment paper on a plate, and place in freezer to set.


In small bowl, mix:

1/4 cup organic cocoa powder

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

2-3 Tbsp pure maple syrup


Work quickly to dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and place back onto parchment paper.


Place back in freezer for 5-10 minutes or till set.


Store covered in refrigerator.
