Healthy Monkey Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 F


Mix in bowl:

3 mashed, ripe bananas

1/3 cup applesauce

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla


Blend 2 cups oats in blender till like flour. Add to mixture.


Stir in 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, cut up


Bake in oven 15-17 minutes until slightly browned.
