Healthy Eatmore Truffles

2 cups pitted dates

3/4 cup cashews

A little more than 1/4 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 unsweetened coconut

2 Tbsp cocoa

Pinch of salt


Mix all ingredients in food processor till sticky.


Form into bit-sized Balls.


Refrigerate a few minutes.


Store covered in fridge.
